A Village-Owned Enterprise's Office in the Wangunjaya District: Improving Employee Performance

Several businesses, particularly the field of human resources, can now make progress. The corporation is greatly impacted by the growth of its human resources. The importance of human resources (HR) in any company or organization cannot be understated. The analysis technique used in this study is a component-based SEM called Variance-Based (SEM) or (PLS) Visual Version 3.0. Since there was no sample taken, the study's population consisted of 99 BUMDES employees in the Wangunjaya area. The study's conclusions are: (1) Reward positively and significantly influences organizational commitment; (2) HR empowerment positively and significantly influences organizational commitment; and (3) HR empowerment positively and significantly influences organizational commitment. effects on the organization's commitment. the planning of activities.
