The Authority of Civil Servant Investigators (PPNS) in Handling Traffic and Road Transportation Violations is as follows: a. The authority of civil servant investigators in the field of road transportation traffic is carried out at the Terminal and/or the place where the weighing equipment is installed permanently. The authority to inspect motor vehicles on the road can be carried out by civil servant investigators in the field of Traffic and Road Transportation with the obligation to coordinate with and must be accompanied by an Officer of the Republic of Indonesia National Police. b. Handling Traffic and Road Transportation Violations can be carried out by civil servant investigators in the field of Traffic and Road Transportation with the obligation to be accompanied by a Police Officer including checking proof of passing the test for vehicles that must be tested, the physical condition of the Motor Vehicle, carrying capacity and/or method of transporting goods, and/or transportation permits.
