The Role of Social Media Marketing Capacity on the Entrepreneurial Orientation of MSMEs

This study will evaluate the impact of leadership and career development on employee job satisfaction at the Balikpapan sub-district office, both partially and concurrently. This study employs quantitative approaches. The research sample comprised 33 personnel from the Balikpapan District Head Office. This study's data source is primary data, which was obtained directly by researchers at the Balikpapan sub-district office via questionnaires and interviews about career development concerns and employee job satisfaction. Multiple linear regression was used to evaluate the data. According to the study's findings, leadership has a positive and large effect on employee job satisfaction, whereas career development has a positive but little effect. Combined, the variables Leadership and career development have a significant and beneficial impact on employee job satisfaction at the Balikpapan District Head Office.
